This seminar is for people who want to make a positive impression on the telephone and who want to deal with all types of phone calls in a friendly and professional manner. Gaining new telephone communication skills and becoming familiar with effective vocal techniques will enable participants to confidently make and receive successful business telephone calls.
- Create individual opening strategies for starting calls.
- Design polite exit strategies.
- Develop strategies for dealing with difficult situations.
- Obtain methods of requesting and obtaining Information.
- Practise and become familiar with telephone techniques.
- Develop “Cheatsheet” for quick and easy reference.
- Gain confidence when communicating in English on the phone.
